About The Noon Practice
Stop striving. Start aligning.
The Noon Practice, a program of Noon Services LLC, teaches gentle group classes in movement, breath, and attention in Sussex County, New Jersey.
A practical guide to developing solid foundations in wellness.
What we teach
Each class teaches a practice and what makes a practice take hold: how often, how much, in what setting, and how to keep it going in an ordinary week. The aim is a practice you can carry on your own.
Movement
Slow, repeatable movement drawn from chair yoga, qigong, tai chi, and yoga. Seated or standing, at your own pace.
Breath
Steady breathing practices you can carry into an ordinary day.
Attention
Meditation and mindfulness: unhurried attention to what is here.
Mindful Movement, the class running now
Mindful Movement is a group class built around three simple things: slow, repeatable movement; steady breathing; and unhurried attention.
Everyone has a chair. The class moves between seated and standing practice. Standing is always optional, and can always be chair supported. Staying seated for the whole class is fully taking part.
No experience, flexibility, or special clothing is needed. Come as you are.
Classes run at public libraries around Sussex County and at other local venues. The class is also offered to senior living communities and other organizations. Current classes are listed on the Classes page.

Brian Noon & Raj Trivedi

Brian Noon, MS
Movement, breath, and attention
Brian Noon holds an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (Walden University, 2017). His study of mindfulness and meditation began in 2010 as an undergraduate at Montana State University, where he worked in two psychology research laboratories, including one focused on memory and aging. He received formal instruction in tai chi and qigong from 2015 to 2017, has taught mindfulness and meditation since 2016, and has led classes in Sussex County since 2025.
He previously worked in school-based behavioral settings and as a licensed clinical professional counselor in Montana. Brian no longer practices as a counselor. The Noon Practice offers wellness education, not counseling, therapy, or medical care.

Raj Trivedi
Breath and movement, co-facilitator
Raj Trivedi co-facilitates the breath and movement portions of the class. He completed Yoga Teacher Training Phase I in July 2020 and brings a calm, steady presence to the room. He has taught yoga at the Sussex County YMCA in Hardyston since 2024, has led monthly group meditation, breathwork, and yoga sessions for a wellness coaching program since 2021, and led workplace meditation sessions from 2020 to 2021.
Brian and Raj have each taught at libraries across Sussex County since 2025, and have taught Mindful Movement together since 2026.
Brian and Raj built these classes themselves, drawing on traditions including yoga, qigong, and tai chi, and on their years of teaching breathing, meditation, and attention.
Why two facilitators
Teaching in pairs is a design choice. One of us leads while the other keeps attention on the room during movement. It is also why the class works for a mixed group: people can go at genuinely different paces without anyone being left to manage on their own.
A note on scope
Brian’s clinical background informs program design and safety; the relationship is instructor and participant in a wellness education class.
Noon Services LLC is a wellness education provider, not a mental health or medical provider. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition, and it is not a substitute for guidance from your own providers. Participants take part at their own pace, and a seated option is always available. Participants should consult their healthcare provider before beginning any new movement or breath practice.
Every participant signs a simple participation sheet before taking part. Observation is always welcome without one.
