Classes
Mindful Movement
Mindful Movement is a group class in slow, repeatable movement, steady breathing, and unhurried attention.
A class runs about an hour. It moves through slow joint work, simple seated and standing sequences, steady breathing, and a short stretch of settled attention before the end.
Nothing moves quickly, nothing is held for long, and nothing asks you to get down to the floor.
Everyone has a chair. The class moves between seated and standing practice. Standing is always optional, and can always be chair supported. Staying seated for the whole class is fully taking part.
Take part at your own pace. You can rest or stop at any point.
All levels welcome. No experience needed. Adults 18 and over. Come as you are.
Upcoming classes
Every Mindful Movement class, at every venue, is on the calendar. Classes run at libraries, community centers and churches around Sussex County.
Most classes are registered for on the class page itself. Where a library hosts the class, registration goes through that library, and the class page says so and links to it.

Each library also posts its own listings for adults. A Mindful Movement class may or may not be on them at any given time. Please contact thenoonpractice@gmail.com or the libraries directly if you have any questions.
